Praise God, our Lord Jesus is the I AM. (Exodus 3:14, John 14:6) Yes and amen This is who I am in Him. Whose I am, amen. He tells us often that we are the beloved children of the Father. (Ephesians 1:5) Whose I am amen. Not of this world yet in the world. (I John 4:17) Whose I am, amen.
This is who we are and whose we are. In Him. So no matter what you may experience or go through remember whose you are. Jesus showed us the way at the Cross. In the Garden he told the Father if so let this cup pass yet not my will but yours be done. (Luke 22:42) He knew who He was and we now know beyond any doubt we are His. Whose I am, amen.
This is why I love Psalms 27:1. I use to see it as all that the Lord Jesus has done for me and who He is. So true but today the Lord shared with me how and whose I am.
The Lord is my light and my
salvation; whom shall I fear?
The Lord is the strength of my life;
whom shall I be afraid?
Obviously the answer is no one. Our Lord-Yahweh(Covenant name of God being used) which means this is personal and directed to each of us. Whose we are amen. The use of is shows us that it is continuous and and eternal( Psalms 118:29), ongoing. This is who we are. amen
Whose we are in Christ, light, salvation(all it means: saving yes but also health prosperity, wisdom, all that God is) and the strength of our life which is our fortress, our safety, defense, stronghold and so much more.(Psalms 91) This is who we are and whose we are. amen Our God knows us so intimately that our hairs are numbered by Him. (Matthew 10:30, Luke 12:7) Our life He makes fresh and strong in Himself daily amen and for all eternity. Whose I am indeed amen.
So knowing Him of whom shall we be afraid or fear?(II Timothy 1:7) None!
Shalom Beloved
